I am determined to age gracefully and walk upright and in divine health all the days of my life! I successfully completed an 8 week "fall prevention" study through Emory University. My participation showed me weak areas in my body/activities/areas for improvement. Who know being able to spring on your tiptoes aids in falls!? Simple exercises that strengthen your ability to catch yourself and break a fall. Sometimes you have to step outside your comfort zone..."
